- From the attestation page: "The Committee on Publications of The Grolier Club certifies that this copy of a Bibliography of William Blake, by Geoffrey Keynes, is one of an edition of two hundred and fifty copies printed on specially made paper at the Chiswick Press, London. The press-work was completed in the month of November in the year 1921." Followed by the statement that this was the colophon to the original edition.
