Author/Publisher/Date: Unknown

Folio (16.25"x 11.5") Half brown calf with generous corners, single gilt rule to all leather edges, over clay colored publisher's cloth. Spine with five gilt decorated raised bands, gilt title in second compartment, large gilt floral design in all others. To edge gilt, marbled endpapers. Some plates tipped in, some in sepia or blue tone. Some heavily foxed, most not. An interesting book as it appears to have put together, as opposed to having been published as is. There is not a title page, no mention of publisher or place, and the last page does not seem to end. Signed binding, Bound by Sangorski and Sutcliffe London England.
