Rebacked using remnants of original spine (lacking 2.25" of foot, chipped edges), edgewear, corners bumped and rubbed with loss to tips, covers scuffed and rubbed. All edges lightly speckled brown, printed floral endpapers, 3 line ownership stamps of M. Luther Pittman/ Clerk of Superior Court/ of Baltimore City to several pages throughout text. An 1833 broadside of A Practical Banking Time Table tipped to first free flyleaf, additional "Notice" and numerical chart tipped on last free flyleaf, with Rowlett's Average Time Calculator printed on yellow paper tipped on last free flyleaf and reverse of last free endpaper. Joints with early professional tape strengthening. Indexed with 18 leather thumb tabs numbered 3-20, evidently lacking a "2".
