4to.(8.5" x 11") 20 pp. Full limp vellum with red, blue, and gold patriotic decoration framing the title in red and blue. Rear cover with centered vignette of Supreme Court Building. The whole bound with a decorative red cord. Large sheet of vellum folded twice to create covers with a couple of small closed tears to edges, top hole of red cord starting to split. The text recreates the original manuscript text of the Constitution, followed by its contents. This booklet shows the last admendment as XXI, placing the date to the late 1930's. Rear cover lightly soiled.
