Edgewear, corners bumped and rubbed with loss to tips, head and foot of spine ruffled with tiny closed tears, foot of spine fraying with small loss. White stains to cover affecting gilt title (see pic) and smaller stain to rear. Prior owners name and date neatly to first free flyleaf. Glued photo as frontispiece lacking. Textblock with small amount of foxing. Of the 104 pps., the last 24 with many local San Francisco advertisements. Text block shaken, holding firm.
